    Truly enjoyed the satisfactory breakfast with excellent view. Deluxe king room was stunning and wonderful with a view. All of the staff were wonderful, informative. Our accommodation was set in a riverside location next to higher end Japanese eateries.

    The impressive entrance and lobby, as well as its stunning views from the breakfast room towards the estuary. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The comfort of having your own hotel boat to travel to the other area of the estuary.

    To begin with we requested a high floor, for them we had stayed in a suite and they offered us and so we stayed on a 6th floor, but that was unreal, since regarding the views it began on a 4th floor, with what in reality was a 2nd floor of 31 heights. Finally, we had to deposit a deposit of 200 euros, which was returned to us when we left. They gave us a receipt and when we left the hotel, I could not find the receipt, although the corroboration of the delivery, was on a list ... because the head of the concierge, told us out loud, that if we did not give the receipt, he kept the 200 euros. . It seemed to me that this attitude is far from the service to a client, besides trying to swindle you with that amount deposited, in your own benefit. It's a shame, more typical of a dive than a Hilton.

    the location was unbeatable and exceptional, near to the chao phraya river, which is convenient for sightseeing of tourist attractions along the river and asiatique where there are bars and restaurants a plenty, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. furthermore, to the skytrain. the room was nice and absolutely stunning with fantastic views, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. the room had separate lounge and free wifi plus safe, provided for safety measures.

    The room was really spacious with a huge king bed, perfect for our family of four. The view of the river was fine, and the decor felt modern and clean. It had nice bath amenities and the kids loved the river view. A bit disappointed with the sofa bed, it was a bit firm. But overall, super comfortable stay!

    Location was good, easy access to the river boat services. They also operate their own boat for getting accross the river or to the Sky Train. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

    The receptionist tried to fool us into a more expensive room by "accidentally calculating wrong" when comparing the booked room price to the upgrade price. You had to check everything she did.

    The location. The excellent service and staff. The breakfast restaurant.

    I got the less interesting room view, west side. The fact that the window was too high making it possible to enjoy the city view only when standing up or sitting high on a chair close to the window. Relatively small room. No free of charge internet connection in the room. .
